• Plumbing systems. We flush and fill all tanks, and then test them with pressured water to ensure there are no leaks anywhere in the unit (most inspectors only observe plumbing lines). We take the time to run faucets and toilets multiple times over the course of a few days to wait out any surprise leaks or malfunctions.
